Erika the sales associate is super unprofessional. She has the attitude that everyone owes her something. We walked up the register, and she was talking to security; so we just kept quiet and allowed her to begin scanning. I placed my store credit on the counter, and my mother made the comment that I was paying. She said if my mom wanted to use store credit âshe would have to pay,â which my mother did not understand (because she did not state that). When we tried to explain this to Erika, she began to cop an attitude. I pointed out to her that she was in customer service, and this wasnât acceptable behavior. Then, she stated that I walked up with an attitude. A back and forth conversation, that couldâve easily been avoided. A huge miscommunication, exposed her terrible attitude. I expect retail workers to take initiative, meaning if the customer does not understand the first time; take some patience and explain it to them kindly. He followed me throughout the line ignoring everyone until I got inside, and when I did get inside he watched me they the window and flared as I spoke with staff!!!! Took almost and hour until Yendry the manager finally found the time to come talk to me about the harassment and intimidation from Cloyd. She told me she couldnât do anything but talk to him and get his side of the story. Multiple people and associates saw him thru the glass.    Read moreDO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE MEXICAN: On May 1st at around 3:30 PM, my mom and siblings went into the store to return an item. While completing said return, my 11 year old sister overheard one associate (a white lady, brown hair, freckles) state to another (asian lady), itâs THAT Mexican family againâ, in a nasty tone all while staring them down. I wasnât there to see this but I believe the associate knew what she was doing, she knew that they wouldnât speak up. My family has never once been rude, disrespectful, or even a disturbance.
