One of the worst experiences ever. We ordered our food 15 minutes before we got there and I walked in and asked for our order. And they said we are working on it. 10 minutes later they are still working on it. The girl that was making the orders looks like she didn’t know what are where she was. And 2 other people were also waiting. Then 3 customers came in to order food, and they said we one who looked like she didn’t know how to read orders would not look towards the register. 3 people walked out. One of the guys who has been waiting 48 minutes for his order finally got his. So . I asked if my order was ready and the girl rolled her eyes and continued to look confused about what to do. Mean while one of the cooks went to the bathroom 3 times to the bathroom while people was waiting on the food after asking several times for my order I went out to the car to tell my wife we needed to just get a refund and then she goes in and asked to get a refund and then they said oh we are sorry we had it in the back. So 40 minutes to get a simple order. We will never come back to this Burger King again. And we also had a 4 piece chicken nugget that they never gave us. Read moreOn a rare morning I was actually up early and decided to grab breakfast for me and Mom. Wow, quite the experience. It was 30 minutes until breakfast was over got there with maybe 20 minutes to spare only to sit in the Drive-Thru for almost 10 minutes. Two cars in the opposite lane were served even though I'd already been there long before them. I hadn't planned on it, but ended up having to park and go in to order. No greeting upon walking in. Finally, after complaining with other guests waiting for their food did someone come to take my order. Quick accurate service, but I was already aggravated having to park after waiting. However, Mr William who at first didn't even speak when I came in took my order and even gave me a cup of grits after I forgot to ask an order it. Mr William, as I said this morning, you made my morning. Usually when I go through any drive-thru I always come with patience because I know staffing and time of day can be critical, but y'all just need to work on that transitioning from breakfast to lunch and how you serve the twin drive-thru. Read moreWe ordered via the app yesterday but were unable to find a kids meal to add to our order, so I placed the order online and figured that I would order the kids meal once we arrived at the location. I walked in to find several people upset with how long their wait times were. It was not busy at all, maybe one table had people sitting at it. There was a young lady asking about her order, she was told that they were not going to answer any more questions about it. After about 10 minutes, they finally had her order ready. The guy in front of me had placed his order before I walked in, but said he had been waiting 25 minutes. The two in front of him said they had been waiting 40 minutes. It took over 10 minutes before anybody took my order (again, just for a kids hamburger meal) and a wait time of near 30 minutes. Our food was cold to boot. The location was filthy, the workers had bad attitudes, and they deliberately took forever to get orders out. In my over 40 minutes of being there, they only served 4 groups (in addition to the ones above, a DoorDash guy came in and had to wait almost 25 minutes). I will never visit the Valley, AL...
