Aaron's in Valparaiso on Calumet is a outstanding store, all their employees have a strong work ethic, from the management to the delivery drivers and set up and clean up and all the way to the employees in the store especially Eric D again he took care of an issue that he did not have to but he went above and beyond his job to take care of it for me that's motivation and dedication, again if you need any furniture television anything make sure you stop into Aaron's and Valpo off of Calumet they will definitely take care of you...

Their manager (Jose Blanco) doesnt know how to work with people and payment plans. We are loyal customers and we asked for an extension on my account and he denied it. My fiance had a procedure done and our checks were short and he couldnt work with us on what we had. The other people at this location are fantastic. They treat the customers with respect and they are always out on the floor. As for Jose he is always sitting in his office. Kenneth, Paige and Scott are excellent people to work with. I have a recomendation for Kenneth to be manager...

Been a Customer for years. If you get 1 day late they call and Harrass you! They are super aggressive acting like they don’t get paid! I owe less than 500 dollars on this item and I’ve paid off everything else that I had with them! Way to be rude to a customer! You don’t have to chase us we always pay! Seriously disappointed with how I was treated today over a payment. Instead of just saying hey I see you missed your payment you were rude and demanding about when and how!!! That’s not very good...
