Tonight I was actually humiliated by a hobby lobby employee. I have never seen or experienced anything like what this woman pulled. They had one register open and a line. Another clerk came to open another. My brother and I were 3rd in line. The person in 1st place was paying so 2nd place was up and we moved to the new register. The woman yelled at the 2nd place people to come over saying they are next so we picked our stuff up off the counter and they did the same. We basically exchanged checkouts. It was so disturbing. It made no sense and we were out of the store before the people she moved. I think management at this hobby lobby needs alot of training. I am from florida and have shopped at numerous hobby lobby stores and never ever been treated like. This manager was so rude and so nasty that I will never go back into that hobby lobby again. Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite stores. So it shocked me tonight to be checked out by a cashier who was completely annoyed and let me know she was annoyed by her tone of voice and actions. I had Kim as a cashier. First, Kim had to open a register because all of them were closed. All cashiers were talking with a friend who they all knew and walked in. Second, Kim was asked to wrap my cup with paper so it wouldn't break. Third, Kim was asked to remove the price tag before wrapping, and after ringing the cup up. It was at this point she snapped at me, and was clearly annoyed that I was there. She told me she cannot remove the price tag. No problem I removed it. Wrong move on my part, and I know this because Kim showed a greater annoyance with me. The rest of the items were rung up with a stone cold quiet cashier who made me very uncomfortable. Not what I bargained...
