Five Below — Local services in Valparaiso

I usually love my 5 below trips here but my most recent trip was not enjoyable. My boyfriend works at a different location so he gets an employee discount, we picked up a few things and when we got to the register the attendant had an attitude that she had to call a manager for us. My boyfriend saw something he wanted to purchase for so we got back in line. The girl proceeded to raise her voice and give attitude to my boyfriend asking if we were in line again. And complained about having to call a manager up to ring the discount again and told us " we need to get our stuff together dude" I would hate to have to work a holiday too but that's also not our fault. I'm not sure why she was so upset when it wasn't busy and we weren't trying to cause any trouble at all we just wanted the discount applied. Needless to say her attitude towards customers that weren't a bother to her in any way besides her having to do her job was unnecessary and made the a trip to the store...

Last night april 16th we came to this store location. Looked around by the time we got up to cash register it was 8:50. The 2 ladies working had already pulled all the registers had even locked us inside of the store, as we were shopping both of them had walked past us so they knew we were inside the building. Never said we’re closing in a few minutes nothing. We stood there at the counter the one lady didn’t know what to do being she had already pulled the cash registers. Really upsetting that even before you’re guys closing time we weren’t able to get the stuff we had grabbed had to put everything back. Very disappointing we will never come back to...

I really enjoy Five Below and thier products, although I will never do an online order from them again. I ordered $129.18 worth of product and when I got to the store about an hour after placing it, I recieved a small bag of items actually totalling $53.60. I was told that the real customers get served first and the staff was very rude. Whatever, I get it, but I still have yet to recieve a reimbursement for the items that I did not recieve even though I was charged...
