I would just like to share that I’d be very hesitant in calling Home Depot to give you a quote on any home repair. This is our third time and a no-show. The first time we went into the store in Valparaiso and the lady took down our address and phone number and gave us a date. When that date came no one showed. When we called it was because they called a number that was disconnected. The number on the form is my husbands cell which is not disconnected. But it ended up being they were calling an old landline from our home in Bolingbrook from two years ago. So she went into the computer took out all the old information put in our new Valparaiso information and the phone number again and made us a new appointment. When the second appointment date came no one showed again. We called and that’s because the person went to the home in Bolingbrook Illinois which we haven’t lived there in 2 years. We called back complained again they manually supposedly fixed it in the computer and we were to have an appointment today Wednesday, October 14 noon. Waited again no one showed. Called the store and once again they use the wrong phone number and went to Bolingbrook again. This time talk to a supervisor there was nothing she can do she doesn’t know why that information keeps coming up like that in the system but she could call and see if she could maybe get us an appointment but she cannot get an appointment for us today later in the week. But we are waiting on this quote to make decisions so therefore we can’t wait another week for Home Depot again. Therefore I’d be very hesitant and I would tell you do not use them for home repair quotes go to Lowe’s or Menards or somewhere else very very disappointed...

I bought a cabinet here and when I picked it up they brought out the wrong one, they had given mine to someone else earlier that day and now that person won’t return the stores phone calls. I am very disappointed! Whenever this is resolved I will think twice about ever going into this store again!

The store manager Val went way out of her way to find the same cabinet for me and drove all the way to Wheaton Illinois on her day off to pick it up. The other woman who took my cabinet by mistake never did bring it back like she said. Some people... I will keep shopping at this store, I am very impressed by their customer service....

Wow! Just wow! I couldn't believe how much inventory they had displayed for the upcoming holiday of Halloween! There were aisles and aisles of holiday related items. Some were regular, and quite a few were unusual. I ended up purchasing a set of cookware, a manual can opener, beautiful gold silverware, and unusual triangular glasses. We enjoyed walking around discovering. My daughter bought a tablecloth, step stool, and holiday decorations. We love visiting Home Goods because of the variety and quality of their offerings. Parking is easy, right outside. Entry is handicapped accessible, the restrooms are always clean...
