I had a great experience at this store! Tasha assisted with showing me exactly what I was looking for. We were able to quickly identify the right mattress for me. Tasha spent a lot of time going over my options. She educated me on upgrades without trying to push them on me. During my time in the store, I was being helped but not pressured. I had her full attention the entire time and never felt rushed to make a decision. When we discussed adjustable bases, she was fully prepared to answer all of my questions. Her demonstration absolutely sold me on the base. She also helped fit me with pillows and was able to easily answer questions I had and help me select the best pillow for me. I took a lot of time going back and forth between the options and Tasha provided helpful feedback in order to assist with my selection. She also fully informed me of benefits available as well as the price adjustment policy. I felt like everything was up front and while I haven’t received my new mattress/base yet, that’s because I was easily able to choice a day that was convenient for me. So I cannot speak to the product yet, but I can speak to customer service and I will say my experience was excellent...

We randomly popped in to Mattress Firm Valpo on our date night last night. My hubby and I had a general idea of what we wanted when we arrived. Julian was our salesman and let me say, out of every single sales individuals we have ever encountered, he was what made our experience at Mattress Firm Valpo enjoyable and high quality. Immediately he warmly greeted us and asked what we were looking for. He actively listened and introduced us to the mattress we were interested in. He offered us insight on not only the bed we were leaning toward, but also compared them to other brands that were similar in style and function so we had a well rounded understanding when it came time to choose and purchase our bed.Julian gave us a “beducation” as we tested the beds and bases. My hubby and I learned a lot during our time at Mattress Firm but we never felt pressured in our choices. Although the store was clean, organized, and welcoming, Julian was what made our time at Matreess Firm an exquisitely high quality experience. His professionalism, customer service, people skills, and “beducation” were stellar. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bed to go to...

I'd just like to start off by saying I went to their competition, American Mattress who promised me the bed could be here in 3-5 days. Then it was 2 weeks, which turned into 2 1/2, then 3, then 5, and after that I was done with the excuses.

Then I met Julian, from the initial phone call I made into the store yesterday to the purchase of my new mattress I had a much better feeling from the most relaxed down to earth sales person I have ever met. Julian helped educate me on everything far more than the people at American Mattress ever could, not that the people at American Mattress weren't nice, but they were far too sales-like. I got to have genuine no pressure full conversations with a well-rounded mature individual. i bought my previous bed from here and didn't realized they just moved, I will never go back to American Mattress and Julian made me a life long customer to him today....
