This salon can work some magic! I had extensions put in at another salon and they were coming out 4 weeks before they were suppose to. My color was not blended well at all and I was very unhappy with my hair when I went in. Alex went above and beyond! She taught me things I hadn't been informed of at the other place, and made me feel so much better about everything. After fixing my extensions, she wanted me to leave with the best possible experience, so she stayed late for me and threw in some highlights and lowlights. It was like night and day. It finally looked like it was my real hair and I was so happy. Just had my move up (made it the full 8 weeks 😊) and again she did not disappoint. I'm so glad we have a great salon like this one...
