I bought and paid in full a sectional w ottoman. I was told by Sam they had to order the ottoman and it would be here in 6 weeks. I told her I didnāt want to buy it if there were issues w getting it and I couldnāt return the couch. I let it be known I specifically wanted a sectional w ottoman. Fast forward 6 weeks and no ottoman. I wanted to return it. I kept getting the run around of āIm working on itā and āIāll get back w you.ā Iād call and call And still nothing. Iād ask to speak w the manager and was always told he wasnāt avail. Then she started not calling back or being avail when I tried to find out what was going on. It was always something. Finally was able to speak w the manager who said he would have it expedited shipped to me. It came yesterdayā¦..4 months laterā¦.and DID NOT match. Sent it back. I was so upset. Iām a single mother, I get no financial help and work in the communityā¦.Through more conversation I was told that the manager found out that the sectional did not have a matching ottoman. And they wonāt let me return it or trade it. I was lied to, given the run around and at this point stuck w a couch I donāt want. I explained, I made it very clear what I was looking for and didnāt want to buy it if it didnāt come w the ottoman. And Iām told nothing can be done except refund me on the ottoman. Horrible customer service and apparently itās acceptable to lie to customers in order to make a sale. Iād give a 0...

Two days later, I return in search of a loveseat. I encountered Brandon. He was friendly and personable. Seemed to be somewhat knowledgable of his products, but he didn't give me the kind of deal I needed. Also, when he checked on delivery, it was going to be a week away. I mentioned he could deliver it (would have taken maybe 45 minutes total). When he repeatedly replied "they don't pay me enough for that" and "its not in my job description", I was DONE!! He had delivered my first purchase.
I have been in sales 50+ years and would NEVER tell a repeat customer that. You do whatever, within reason, it takes to get the job done. I will pay this purchase off and will probably...

On one of my visits, my mom (she's 90 years old) was with me, and as we were leaving she fell just outside the door. I was unable to pick her up, so I opened the door, and yelled inside for help! Brandon and Sam came running out. They checked to make sure she was alright. Then Brandon picked her up and helped her get into my vehicle. She had a bump on her head, but was otherwise okay. They were my heroes that day!! John has also helped me with some purchases, he to is awesome. They are all like family, that's why I keep going back. I've never experienced more friendly and helpful people anywhere...
