I don’t want to give them a star. There are rude and act like they have no time to help a customer. I went up there 3 times yesterday for my internet and got a whole run around from the little guy that I paid my bill too and from the pink haired girl. I called and she said I had to come up there because my internet was not working I get there and she said “o I thought you were talking about your phone and you have to call the internet provider”. I go back home call the internet provider and was told that I had to go back to the store because my husband was unable to get into his email do to it being hacked. I told my husband and after work he rushed up there and the girl with pink haired was getting frustrated and watching the clock because of closing time. Once it turned 8 she slammed his phone down and went and turned the open sigh off and proceeded to tell my husband he would have to come back tomorrow that they are closed. They walked out the store together and that was that. Today I called and spoke with the manager and she said that once it’s 8 there closed and for me or my husband to come when we got a chance today. I did not go back there today and went to the Terrell store and Ms. Jill had the problem not just fixed but other issues that were added onto our line resolved. I give 5 plus stars to the AT&T staff and store next to Brookshires in Terrrell. Thankyou Ms. Jill and Ms. Samantha. I went in and told the lady Nicole , who’s apparently the acting store manager, that I needed a phone for my daughter. I said she already has a phone but it’s old so we would like to get her a new one. She asked me what kind of phone and I said what kind of deals do you have on iPhones right now. She said we have the iPhone 11 for half off. I said perfect, let’s do it. We got home and realized she opened a whole new phone line for us. I went back and told them we never asked for a new line and we also didn’t ask for these extra services such as insurance. I was told that that definitely didn’t happen Bc it’s their policy to ask. Well, no one asked! I then had to waste several Trips back and forth to get it figured out, which is over 20 miles each way, and I lost money for a restocking fee and I lost money for the screen protector I purchased and they put on without asking me if I wanted them to. I never got an apology, I never got anyone trying to help work it out. I was also told I could not get that phone for the same price if I wasn’t openinga new line. You would think as an acting manager she would have asked before doing that. The worst customer service. Please don’t waste your time going here. They clearly do not care about their customers. Read moreWalked in irritated and frustrated. Been a long trying day with both off our phones not working. This was day 4 for my wife's. (Battery) Kayla W was with helping another couple. I explained as best I could the issues I was having with logging into at&t. The steps Tech Support had already tried to fix my account. She asked questions, listened and reassured me the issues would be fixed. She tried but was unable to resolve the issue. She could replicate but not resolve. She called tech support to again for me and with their help resolved the issue.
So I decided I didn't like the A11. Went back and wanted to the the Galaxy S21. I wanted the biggest FLAT screen. The lady, NOT Kayla, said that would be the S21 Ultra. They didn't have any in stock or on display. So I ordered one. Got the email it shipped. So I'm looking for cases and screen protectors. To my dismay it has a curved screen like to edges. EXACTLY what i don't want.....
