I just had the most incredible experience at Craft Cannabis on Andresen thanks to the expertise of their budtender, Jaime! I've been struggling to find the right strain for my chronic pain, sleep and anxiety, but Jaime took the time to listen to my needs and offer personalized recommendations.

From the moment I walked in, Jaime greeted me with a warm smile and asked about my experience with cannabis. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. Her knowledge of strains, terpenes, and effects was impressive, to say the least!

I was blown away by her ability to ask the right questions and narrow down options based on my specific needs. She took the time to explain the differences between various strains, highlighting their unique characteristics and potential benefits. Her passion for cannabis education shone through in every interaction.

But what really impressed me was Jaime's willingness to share her personal experience with cannabis. She didn't just recite facts and figures; she shared stories about how different strains had helped her or friends, making the recommendations feel more like a trusted friend offering advice.

This place is awesome!! There are SO many dispensaries around here, but this one is the best that I've been to. Thanks to Jaime for the help:) I love how they have everything on display with descriptive info cards. It's so much nicer than looking at a long list of strains on a printed word doc. The info cards tell you about the product in detail. As someone who is always concerned about quality and safety, the "pesticide free" and "med grade" type information made readily available is so appreciated. (It's annoying to try dig around online for that brand by brand)

Side note - the guy in there who was yelling at one of your budtenders so should be banned. I get why someone was sent out to help him - deescalating is always a good move - but this guy wasn't rude, he was bordering on verbally abusive. If I was the manager here that guy would be...

Christina and the crew at the Andresen store are phenomenal! They're always friendly and helpful. They've went above and beyond numerous times, even double checking inventory to make sure they're really out of what I was looking for. Thanks to Christina for turning us onto one great grower and a flavor we just can't get enough of. I'm not telling which one as I hate to see everyone buy it out before we can get more. She's never recommended anything we haven't liked! I sure hope, being in customer service myself, as well as a business owner, that the owners of Craft know what an asset Christina is to your store!
