Been a regular customer here for years, and unfortunately have experienced repeated terrible experiences at this location - and sadly with increased frequency over the last six months. Often the wait at this location is excessive, the staff is rude and the food is over cooked. Now I happen to be one of the six Americans who like Burger King (and apparently I am a glutton for punishment going back to this location). Over the last, say, 20 visits I've had 10 good experiences and 10 bad. You might think that warrants a two or three star rating, but keep in mind, when I say good, I mean that I receive at most an average customer experience where the staff doesn't ignore you for minutes on end when you go to order or pay (yes, sometimes you get both), that you get your food close to well prepared and it doesn't take you 10 minutes to go through the drive-thru with only a car or two ahead of you. But tonight's experience tops them all. Waited 15 minutes behind four cars just to order - and rolled up only seconds before the first car in line was just pulling out of the order area. Yup! It took 15 minutes just to order. But wait there's more! Each car ahead of me would pull up to the microphone and then just simply sat and waited to order for minutes on end before someone would take their order. Then after all that I pull up to the counter to pay. A manager or assistant manager is running the show and she proceeded to open the window and I expected to her to say "That'll be $X and sorry for the wait" (okay, not serious about expecting the apology as they don't do that here) but instead she opens the window, I roll down mine and then I sit for two minutes while she yells at someone in the back, proceeds to take an order, CLEANS UP HER AREA (seriously!) but makes no eye contact. Um, did you expect me to run the register and the credit card machine too? I just gave up after a few minutes of being ignored...all told 20 minutes lost and who knows how long it would have taken to receive my...
   Read moreI have been coming to this location for over â6 YEARSâ and sometimes will go 4 or more times a week! (This is due to having 3 special needs children who each have sensory issues that affect their eating) This is the one and only place where my family can all eat. Thereâs a few people who are still working here since my first visit. Iâve gotten to know each of them and they are such wonderful and appreciated people. Sergio, I know from the previous BK location he was at, where everyone adored him! I was so happy to see him now at this location! Patrick, is someone that after you meet, you will never forget. I PROMISE YOU that youâre guaranteed to smile with any contact with Patrick, lolâŚ. He has to be the most respectful, kind, caring person Iâve come across! NOBODY could ever have a negative experience with him. Anybody that has Patrick as an associate is VERY lucky! As for their food, they have the very best fries!!    Read moreI am blown away by the terrible service here. It's kind of a shame because the latino gentleman that manages the place is usually very kind and generally good at his job. However this most recent experience with Valya was awful from start to finish. I credit the gal for being there at 650 AM on a Saturday, as the last place I want to be is work, I get it, but she was unbelievably rude, and I don't say that as an exaggeration I seriously could not believe how rude she was throughout the experience. When I got to the window she said nothing just took my money, closed the window, then brought my food again without a word, no confirmation, no have a nice day, nothing. I hoped maybe she wasn't finished but she was, so I had to wait an additional couple of minutes for her to come back so I could ask for ketchup. Which she then grabbed a handful of, hastily dropped it into my hand, dropping packets all over the drive thru and my car, and again without a word shut the window. I am nothing less than appalled.
