Consistent bad service from kids who don't care about their job and even less about customer service. And the three times I came inside to order, I didn't ever see any fresh glazed donuts on the conveyor belt, instead they looked like they've been on there for awhile cuz you know what fresh glazed Krispy Kreme donuts look like! Last night was the worst service cuz of the two dozen for $13 promo. They closed the drive-thru with a note about limited selections on their assorted donuts so you had to come inside and order which was really inconvenient since I had a baby in the car with me and it was cold and dark outside. There wasn't anyone in line, yet the two kids behind the counter were too busy having a convo to acknowledge me. When I was able to get service, the kid kind of annoyingly and abruptly told me "no" I can't have 2 dozens for $13 cuz they're out of glazed donuts! I'm thinking.. are you f'n kidding me cuz their glazed donuts are what they're known for so how in the world you wouldn't make more to ensure you're stocked on them?! LOL.. crazy. However, they offered to let me order a dozen assorted donuts for half the price, $6.47 which was fair and makes sense. As I start to pick out my donuts, a group of 4 young men come in and what do you know, the young girl behind the counter was quick to greet them and proceeded to let them pick out their assorted dozen before I barely started mine. So, they grabbed donuts I wanted but couldn't get cuz they took them all.. so yeah, niceeee. It also didn't help that the kid who helped me didn't bother putting my box of donuts and the separate bagged donut that didn't fit in it the box in a bag. I had to point out that it'll be hard to balance my donuts while carrying my baby in the other arm so asked for a bag. If there was another Krispy Kreme in Vancouver, I would definitely go to it and not ever give my business to this place again. The Krispy Kreme by my hotel in Stockton, CA when I had to travel there on a weekly basis for 5 months had great service and even with young kids working there. But maybeee it's just a reflection of the management there. Have good business ethics and be good to your employees so they can extend it to...
Read moreDeeply disappointed.. Use to buy a donut for a treat for my children for years and years.. Its been a bit since Krispy Kreme ordered.. Yesterday was my husband's birthday . He wanted a donut.. i thought j would try the delivery service.. i downloaded the Krispy Kreme app order the donuts.. doordash is automatically assigned to the delivery through the Krispy Kreme app. I buy 2 boxes of 16 mini $34. The doordash arrives quickly, the leave the order on the porch. I go to grab it and see there is only one box. I immediately text the driver who states they grabbed everything they were handed and i needed to contact Krispy Kreme. So i call Krispy Kreme who immediately throws doordash under the bus.. i explain that doordash has already done the same to Krispy Kreme kalib then gives me to a manager.. John (that's the name he gave me) i explain it all again. John asks if i want to come pick some up.. i explain we ordered delivery for a reason so driving to pick up wasn't part of my plan.. so he offers to mail me something.. the call ended.. my husband is now disappointed this went from something fun to why is everything ALWAYS WRONG.. (he suffers from depression) i had not actually looked in the box that had arrived..i open the box and see it's not even part of the order right.. it's a box of 12 donuts not 16 mini. So i call Krispy Kreme kalib answers the phone i explained again who i was and that my order was missing and wrong... he says he'll tell the manager.. i say you are telling John the manager.. he says John? John doesn't work here any more.. i then said well... that's who the manager said he was ... John.. Kalib then says ohh his name is Ted.. i said really he said John.. kalib then says.. oh yeah.. we have 2 John's.. the whole thing was shady.. The fact both companies who have paired themselves together won't own up to a fault is really offputting.. and sidebar the box we got was...
Read moreUpdate to one star: went in today to find over half of the stock was out. You all have to start doing something different here. It is sad. I’m not coming back anytime soon. Old review: My family's come here quite a few times over the years. And normally we are quite happy with the service. However the last few months that we've come by they seem to be out of them quite a few Donuts. Come on various days so you can't really say that I just missed the busy time so that's why there's no Donuts. What it boils down to is Poor management. The management is the one who should be making sure but there is enough Donuts at any given time for someone to come in and purchase. When you run out of your staple donut and have to tell people it'll be between a half hour and an hour until it's ready that's not acceptable. Your POS system should tell you how many donuts are selling in an hour and approximately how many you have left in your inventory if you're using it properly. If nothing else once an hour in your racks should be able to provide you the answers you need. On top of that there's typically only one person working the front counter when there's at least five or six groups of people waiting. There's also been a few times when they have the donuts but yet the front counter is not restocked because that one person is too busy trying to help out the customer. At the very least the management should be restocking all the racks to make sure they're drive-thru and front counter are fully stocked...
