Subway — Restaurant in Vancouver

This location is in the same mall as my work. We have gone in here only for convenience but will never go again. This day in particular they had a special on the sandwich melt buy a 6” get a footlong for $1.00 more. I ordered my sandwich and the blonde didn’t ask me if I wanted a footlong or not but made it a footlong which I was ok with thinking twice the sandwich for the $1.00 more. So as I watch her make it she barely fills the scoop with meat says I can only choose 2 vegetables lays each half in a bag to toast picks it up right then lays it down to toast well it was a jumbled mess when I opened it to eat. I was charged for a full footlong not the deal because she ( her job) didn’t ask if 6” or footlong I said you didn’t ask me and she said well you should have told me. Apparently you have to order the 6” then ask for the special in order to get it cheaper. I questioned them and they couldn’t understand what I was saying so I said never mind I won’t be back and their response was to laugh. You get more Fred than food and the service sucks!!!! Honestly I don't mean to be a "Karen" but seriously, something is always wrong with my order every time I go in. Today instead of bacon, I got every single other meat EXCEPT bacon. I walk in to ask "are you guys out of bacon or what's up?" All the sandwich maker says is "well I'm the caterer." Congratulations, you discovered your job. "I didn't ask who made my sandwich I just asked if you guys are out of bacon or not." She said "no" kinda quietly so I handed my sandwich over and said "Remake this then." No free cookie or anything for wasting my time while I'm on the clock at my job.

This is just one situation that happened today. Aside from the older woman with glasses that works there (phenomenal btw), every other worker is just plain ignorant, and act dumb whenever I have complaints.

A $12 BLT with three sauces isn't that hard to make. I guess I'll try a lil harder to starve before I come...

The young guy with curly hair that helped me did an awful job at making my sandwich. He literally just threw my options on the bread. Didn't put it neatly on there at all. He didn't separate the cheese, so it was really thick. Overloaded it with spinach, but only put two little slices of tomato on and tried putting only two slices of cucumbers on. I had to ask for more cucumbers. When I unwrapped my sandwich it was already falling apart without me grabbing it. It was way too messy. Worst subway experience I've had yet. If a worker or the worker reads this, please SLOW DOWN.
