Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Vancouver

I generally LOVE Black Rock Coffee, but not this location. I've tried this location a few times now, thinking maybe it was just something that happen specifically that day...but nope. They are beyond SLOW! It took over 25min for me to get my drink. That is one drink for me and everyone I was watching ahead of me in the drive thru got 1 or 2 max. Now I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they could be complex drinks, but the staff always seem lost and has no flow or organization. They are nice, but not organized. The other issue that plays into a long wait time is the absolute worst design plan of this location. If you wish to park and go inside good luck trying to get back out since the they made the drive thru lane right down the middle and very narrow parking lot to begin with. Another issue is when you are exiting the drive thru itself you are departing into a pretty busy road so you will wait, which holds up the line behind you therefore the car can't even get their drink yet. Normally I love Black Rock, but this visit was less than desirable. The drink was fine, but it was hard to get in to this location because of traffic. The wait in the drive thru line was long, but the main problem was that when I was handed my drink, it was dripping down the side and dripped on my pants. They didn't bother to wipe it off before handing it to me. I asked for a napkin. Instead of the gal taking the drink back and offering to wipe it off, she went off to find a napkin while I was still holding it in my car dripping! She returned with ONE napkin which wasn't enough to wipe it all off. Meanwhile, I'm trying to hurriedly wipe it down so I can drive off and get out of the way of the next customer. I don't do a very good job of it, and it drips chocolate on my white shirt! Grrr, I hope it comes out! I end up with sticky hands on my steering wheel. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. About a 20 minute wait just to get to order (you cannot leave drive thru as you are locked in) and then I order not necessarily what I want because I can't really read their menu positioned in a very poor spot. Then while I wait for my coffees to be made I over hear the 4 girls inside talk bad about customers. I work in retail and I get customers can be frustrating but you NEVER talk bad about them in front of other customers! The coffee I received were drinks I have ordered from other establishments, so I know what to expect. These are awful! Too sweet, very little coffee. When I try to call to complain it takes forever to locate a phone number for this particular location, when I finally do they do not answer. I try calling another location and same thing. From this experience I will never be a patron of this or any other Black Rock coffee whatever...
