Honestly I hate this place because here’s a funny story. My cousin went in there carrying a forever21 bag and my backpack. Anyways before she went in the fitting room this person #1 who was working there opened it for her and when my cousin was going inside she saw two hangers already there. She went to try on there cloths and then after my cousin tried the cloths on she wanted to try a smaller size so it could fit her. Then she went out of the fitting room returned the cloths and in exchange she got a smaller size. But then after my cousin tried on the smaller sizes this lady who worked there was doing something near the fitting room and then when my cousin came out she accused her of stealing the cloths she tried on. This lady made her go to the cash register and the lady even asked the other worker if he saw two hangers already there and the other worker was like “no it wasn’t there.” They made sure that my cousin showed them what was inside the bag that my cousin was holding and what was inside my backpack that my cousin was carrying. So my cousin had to take out what was in the forever21 bag and what was in backpack. And obviously my cousin was innocent and she did not steal anything couse she rightfully returned all the cloths she tried on. And also the cloths she tried on was obviously not her style and did...
Read moreThey don’t take amex because they claim they are a small business. Don’t insult anyone’s intelligence with this nonsense. They aren’t. They have 150 or so locations. As an actual small business owner, I accept amex. Not accepting amex is outdated thinking. The difference in percentage is minuscule and there are incentives that make it even more affordable for the small business. Not accepting a customer’s preferred form of payment leads to a negative buying experience. This leads to customers avoiding the business. Statistics show that the amex user spends more and has friends that spend more as well, which leads to better numbers for the business. You may think that when the customer respectfully uses another form of pmt that the sale went ok. You think wrong. Most amex users will do this and then avoid future purchases from the business that doesn’t take amex. Is it worth stepping over a dollar to...
