Best food in the mall by a mile, and potentially one of the best Filipino restaurants in the whole area, Portland included... though I wish they had more Filipino dishes (definitely the best if we are going by value proposition). Decent portions and very good price. We had the adobo and huli chicken and they were delicious, and priced and portioned very nicely. The BBQ pork was very tasty but felt like it could use a little more meat. Their sides were awesome, the Bola Bola, Lumpia, and Pancit were spot on. Their macaroni had too much pineapple in it for my tastes, but others in my group really liked it, so it depends on what you like. I will probably be exclusively eating here anytime I come to the mall... And I might pick some up tomorrow even though I am not planning on going...

I personally known the Chefs that's I know and strongly confident to say ADOBO SHACK will be the talk of the town because of the great delicious food they offer tyJ and I was there when they had their food tasting o my gulay.
