I visited this location last week, and went to order just some ragoons, a fairly fast/easy order. The first girl, who i can tell is new so im not overly upset about it, said she would be right with me, then moved on to the ppl behind me...never took my order and they checked out much faster then i. I admit I should have just left at this point, but I really wanted those ragoons lol! Then the other girl asks if ive been helped, I say no and she started to ring me up, or so I think, then just walks away lol! Thankfully, the supervisor (im guessing) noticed me. Read moreOrdered a family meal so I requested in the notes to send a "handful of each of the sauce packets" I called the store to make sure they saw the request and also messaged the dasher to make sure it was there upon pick-up. We recieved 2 chili, 2 hot mustard, and 1 soy. In ordering a family meal, that amount of sauce is not enough. I made 3 EXTRA attempts to make sure sauce was included and I get a total of 5. Also I ordered chow mein & white rice with the family deal and extra side order of brown rice, I didn't recieve the white rice. I'm really not impressed with my experience. Read moreWhat used to be a place where you could get mediocre Chinese-ish food at a mediocre price has been fully been victimized by end-stage capitalism. The 45 year owners of the once-popular chain they created have singularly turned more people away from Chinese food than even the MSG rumors.
We used to frequent a very nice independent Chinese restaurant when, over the course of a year, went from serving fantastic food, to barely edible food, then suddenly the restaurant closed and the owners retired buying a beautiful mansion in town never to work again.
