Mill Plain Dental Center — Local services in Vancouver

We have been going here for years without any problems. The past few years there has been a high staff turnover. On our last appt the hygienist told my husband he needed xrays but couldn't do them & the cleaning so we would need to come back. He said we were there for the cleaning so that's what needed to be done. So this time, I specifically made the appt for a cleaning & the xrays, I was told that his appt would be 1 1/2 hours compared to my hour. This same hygienist told him she couldn't do them both in an hour, he said it's scheduled for 1 1/2 hours but she continued to say she just couldn't do it. So my husband said he's done & was leaving. He came & told me he was leaving & why & I'm like no it was scheduled for both so I told my hygienist, who was very nice & new, that I too will be leaving since this happened again. She went & got the Dentist & when I explained & said I'm not sure what's going on with your staff so I guess we are leaving he said ok bye. This seemed odd since he's always been very nice with a good sense of humor but maybe this explains the staff...

I have 2 kids. 10 and 5. We went in today for our first exam due to our other dental office not available. My boys were so full of anxiety, crying and shaking, and unsure about what was going to happen. (They had horrible experience before at other dental offices) They both needed work done today and Dr Michael got them both in right away to solve the issues. The entire staff from the receptionists, assistants and dentists were phenomenal! Very thurogh, and explained everything and very respectful to all of our concerns. I myself have been to alot of dentists and I have never seen a team of such professional and caring people. We are very blessed we were refurred here and we will absolutely be recommending Millplain Dental. My 10 year old is recovering beautifully and is excited for his next appointment! Im in awe, and thank you all...

Dr Jensen and staff stll looking after my dental health, they are stll a caring, professional group of people.

Going on 12 years with Dr Jensen and staff. All of the information in my original review is still correct, and I am going to add that the employee turn over in the office is very low. The same technicians and clerical staff are still with Dr Jensen too. That rounds out the fact it is a nice place to go if you work there or go there for dental care.

Dr Jensen and staff have been taking care of my smile for over 10 years! The office is very bright and clean, the staff is always happy. Their skill, high standard of care, chair side manner, positive attitude and accuracy in billing makes this a top notch...
