I haven’t been a hallmark for years. I forgot they had one.. so finding this place for the reason I needed it was right on time. However, I walked in this place about 15 minutes before closing (which is a big no no because you def need more time to find the perfect card lol) but there was no hospitality. One host greeted me but the first host who seen me didn’t say anything just looked through me. No one ask did I need help. An older man came in and they started conversations with him. Then as I was paying the one host who never spoke stood by the door waiting. Nonetheless. As I left I still wished her a wonderful evening. At the time she spoke. My wife and I were there for 40 minutes trying to find a legit funny card for our neice's birthday and everything they had was beyond lame. On top of that, 4 employees were working.
