⭐️☆☆☆☆ ⛔️WARNING PLEASE READ⛔️ first off let me say this me and my wife absolutely loved eating at this place we've been going for over 6 years. This passed year we started to notice the meat tasting different and very odd textured we've went as far as examining it after washing some peice of their chicken we can definitely confirm that whatever they are serving is not what's claimed to be. It's not like any other edible animal we tasted. What can it be?? We were feeling slightly sick from eating these passed 2 months we always thought it was oh "we ate to much" type of sick fast forward to today we just finished eating and literally few moments after I started to feel extremely nauseous 🤢.. we had to pull off on Jacaranda by Walmart because I was feeling worse and worse.. we drove to racetrac on 766 to get an electrolyte drink after 30 min sitting I went to the side and threw everything up. We are NEVER eating there again. We also didn't like how they are pushing you to donate your change they ask 2 times at the intercom and twice at the window sometimes they ignore your 4'th NO and and don't give you back your change anyway. Why are you guys hassling your customers. We all know that money isn't going to nobody in need stop asking 4 times!! Read moreThis was the first time ever eating at any Panda Express and it will be my last. I called to place an order because the website would not work. I was ordering for my husband and myself I told the lady my husband's order then all I heard was people talking in the background and the person who WAS taking my order taking someone else order. For about 5 minutes this is all I hear, I said hello can I finish placing my order then I'm hung up on. I call back and someone else answers and I tell the guy want happens and I get a fast I'm sorry what can I get you. After placing my order we get their to pick it up and they feel me they wont have enough of one of the items I ordered can they use another item to fill it. I was just so ready to get the experience over I said sure. I've worked in retail, customer service, and restaurants over my years and I was always nice. I always welcomed a customer who entered the store I was working in. This place nobody said anything when I walked in they were so worried about closing do nobody bothered to lift their head to say hello. I'll never be visiting this Panda Express or any other...
Read moreThis used to be my go-to place, but my last experience was bad. They only had brown rice as a side. My bowl was probably 80% rice, 10% broccoli, and maybe 10% chicken. I was so sick of rice that I threw half of it away. I came in again today (1/6/24) around 10:30, and my experience was so much different. The shorter lady who prepared my food was very friendly and apologized for my wait, even though my wait was mostly due to the 3 slow customers before me. She ended her break and quickly prepared my food. She allowed me to split my side between super greens and chow mein. I ordered the Teryaki chicken. I felt she was very generous with it. My bowl was more like 30-40% chicken, and the rest split between the sides. The chow mein tasted fine. The super greens were a tad greasy. I assume they make it on the same grill as some of the meat. I thought they tasted really good. If you're a healthy veggie purest, you might disagree. I wanted to leave a few dollars for the staff due to my positive experience, but I did not see a tip jar.
