First off I have to tell on myself for being stupid. I originally went to do a review for this store based on my experience with Angel, the first person I met, who greeted me on my first day entering the king of vape Store. I succeeded in doing a nice review but for the wrong store. š¤ Since that great first impression that angel made with me when I made my first purchases with king of vape I have had the privilege of meeting Sophie and Nick who have both on several occasions been more than helpful with what I like to call "Above and Beyond" Excellent Customer Service! Having worked in the hospitality business for many years myself I know what Excellent Customer Service Should be. Everyone I've dealt with truly exemplifies the highest standards in providing excellent customer service that I would think the owner would not only expect, but appreciate from his Customer Service Team....

I brought 7 pods in to show them because after very little use, the message pops on the screen " No cartridge." Those pods are $5 each and worthless. The manager clearly stated there were bad pods in about 33% of what they sell. So I'm out $35 in this bunch, and the manager didn't care. He offered me 20% off. That wasn't helpful as i have a lot of points for that type of discount. Well then, I'm done with them. It's not the money at this point. It's about the lack of concerns for people buying defective products. There are vape shops everywhere, so I'll take my money to a better shop. One that cares about customers. These people at this store surely don't...

And you turn around and go back in. They will do nothing to help you. There is a manager there, and I'm not sure why he's the manager because he has no power to make any decisions to help the customer. Even the employee tasted it and said there was something absolutely wrong with it. And he would do absolutely nothing!! They don't mind making the sale at the moment, but there's no follow up or customer service after the fact. I didn't go in there to get my money back. I wanted to just exchange it for the same thing I purchased. But what they offered me, what's ten to twenty percent off another...
