Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking with Emily on the phone to help with my order.
I called earlier in the day to place an order because the website would not let me select an option for delivery. Mind you I am 2 hours way from Vince and 3 hours from the original location I used to get from homestead.
This was the second time that someone on the phone decided to instruct me on how to fix the issue on the site instead of just simply taking my order for which I called in for. The first time I was requested to send in multiple screenshots of the checkout page and they didnāt take my order or fix the problem.. it was a very unpleasant experience. The second he told me to add my address again and that would fix it and it didnāt. Getting me to call again.
Thankfully, Emily was on the other end. I explained I called in earlier and told her what happened and if she could take my order. She did investigate the issue on the site and found there was something wrong on the backend and fixed it for me. As well as took my order. She also clarified that I could stack my military discount and $5off reward as I was told before they could not stack over the phone, but when I went in person they would. I rarely write reviews and when I do they are mostly bad reviews. Emily made the past two phone experiences with the flowery forgetful and made up for them tremendously. Everyone who is working the phone/online support department of the flowery needs to follow Emilyās example because she demonstrated the perfect way on how costumer service should be! ACTUALLY SHOWING CARE⦠even if itās a little that goes along way. She made the experience very very pleasant and if I could have her as my dedicated budtender over the phone I would. The flowery should appreciate employees like Emily and recognize them with a promotion or raise. Although we all may or may not part take with medical cannabis the employees should still care for whatās most important! THE COSTUMER!! The first two DID NOT. EMILY DID! Because of Emily Iām not writing a bad review and will be coming back to order more specifically because of herā¦. As a veteran and medical patient, I am truly upset and canāt express how messed this company is. I loved them in the very beginning for the having the best.. but their customer service and logistics are the absolute worse.
The Last 3 Delivery orders has had back to back to back cancellations with last minute notifications. Imagine waiting and waiting and then all of sudden, Sorry we canāt deliver because itās past a certain time. That is not the customer issue but THEFLOWERY is making it a customer issue.
Why are you over loading your delivery drivers to the point they can not make the times or delivery?
I placed an order on a Tuesday, Itās Sunday and just received a call stating itās GOING TO BE ANOTHER 2 days til they can deliver my medication.
How is this fair for the customer? Then all the manager (Mercedes) can do is say Sorry.
This is complete b.s and WILL NEVER do business again with them! If you order online, be careful you may not get your order on time as expected or as they mentioned.
