We were suddenly in need of a new dryer thanks to a young boy getting pebbles down in ours and ground everything up in a matter of what seemed seconds. So we found our way over to Venice Used Appliances where we were greeted by and helped by the most fabulous of ladies. The guilty party (toddler) confessed his wrongdoing and helped us select a viable replacement that has no slot by the door to slip things into. 😉 We have 7 people (doggie counts) in our house and I really can't go an entire weekend w/o laundry so we asked if delivery was available that day - Saturday. YES they said, and it includes haul away! For a VERY reasonable price! We'll since it also pays for more than one appliance and we were already planning on a "new" garage fridge, we got one of those there too! Fantastic ROI! 😀 Well Jerry was so fast that by the time we swang by Winn Dixie to get some chicken, Jerry was already at our house ready to set things up! He is such a nice and professional man! Definitely knows his stuff!! And how he moves everything by himself is a mastery of physics! 😀 We ended up having a minor door issue on the fridge which Jerry came by and fixed no problem!! That's how I can confidently say I highly recommend shopping with them! They are good from start to finish - from greeting to delivery and repairs. NEVER BUY FROM NANCY!!! Upon scheduling a stove delivery for Friday, and requesting off from work for Friday, Nancy and her driver called me 16 times on Wednesday afternoon. Why, you ask? Because they were trying to deliver the stove. I explained to NANCY that I was at work half an hour away and that I certainly wouldn’t schedule a delivery for a day that I had to work. She said in an irritated voice, “Ben, I spoke to you yesterday and you said to have it delivered today.” Then she added, “And I am not re-delivering that range. I had my driver leave it with the painters painting your place.” I knew from the get-go that something was going to go wrong with the delivery because when scheduling the delivery, she didn’t have my ticket in front of her and said over the phone, “It’s alright I’ll find it later and make sure it happens.” So, customers get attitude, no install, and terrible service when she...

When our 15 year old "high tech" clothes dryer stopped working and parts were no longer available we considered buying a used dryer. When we visited Venice Used Appliances we decided that was the place to find what would work for us. Linda was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Jerry, the owner, and Paul "the Appliance Guy" showed us a W&D combo that got our attention and we decided the set would work well. Jerry and Paul made the delivery, connected and tested the W&D on site and hauled away our old W&D. Their attention to customer service is excellent and we are very happy with the "almost" new W&D.
