I as a man with not great taste in jewelry i went on the hunt for the perfect ring for the perfect woman. I knew the gem cut she wanted, the setting, and her ideal ring style. Went to atleast 8 different jewelry store all over ventura, I was literally exhausted they were pushing rings I didn't like all for a terrible price, limited customizations. Went to the mall to get some food came across this place. The word wow!!! Is not enough, if your a man looking for patience, great service, infinite customizations, a very personal staff an amazing price can't recommend a better place. I paid far less than I expected for my engagement ring and wedding band. We were in the market for a ring and saw Joseph's and decided to stop in. So glad we did! We received phenomenal service! We were treated so well and got a great deal on our ring! About 2 months later one of the stones fell out. We were pretty bummed but when we read the warranty it looked like the repair would be covered but we would have to pay for the stone.
