About a week ago I went into Target last minute to find a gift for a gender reveal party. We had to go to the second floor. Getting off the elevator I fell in love with a 70" Samsung Tv my husband was totally against the idea and focused on finding a gift for the gender reveal. Unfortunately my husband realized he had forgotten a mask and immediately told me to go to the car and get his while he remained in corner covering his face. We happened to be near the electronics and I seen a sign that's says press this button and an associate will arrive in 30 seconds. I push the button and 3 seconds later Cory from electronics came out from around the corner. He showed me wear to get a free mask and my husband in shocked how fast I came back I explained it was thanks to Cory then Cory helped my husband find a gift so when I said how can we not get that TV from Cory my husband was like fine get it Cory is great! His customer service is flawless he was so fast and he loaded it up into our car. I felt like I was V.I.P. he knew where everything was he was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE of everything. Thanks to Cory I want to only buy electronics in Target just because of his custom service. Not Walmart, Frys, or Best Buy have ever provided customer service like this. I did not catch her name, but i was waiting for my order at starbucks and all of the sudden a target employee starts yelling at the beristas because her "sandwich didnt have a wrap" if you know anything about starbucks ive never ever had a small wrapping around my sandwich they always just put it in those little white baggies. But i digress, she continues to yell at them saying mean things like "you guys need to be better train!" "My whole day is ruined!" i go to this starbucks often and everyone is always so nice and remembers my name :) if you are going to allow people like this to represent you and yell at the starbucks employees you should allow then to get tips at least. I did not catch the womans name but she was short, orlder, short blonde hair in a pony, and i think she had glasses. Andother target employee who was there said "oh we just ignore het" well i wont just ignore her cause this behavior should not be tolerated. If you actually did read yhis, thank you...
Read moreHorrible horrible horrible customer service experience. I had bought four items of clothing because their fitting rooms were not open, unfortunately all four pieces did not work out. I went to the return them, and was on my way. 10 minutes later in my car I realize that I didn’t receive the correct refund for the clothing. Turn the car around, dealt with parking again, had to stand in the customer service line again, then wait for the woman that had help me before. Vanessa E. I explained what happened. She rolled her eyes at me the first time, told me to wait and said she go check on the items I have returned. She came back credited me for the fourth item and wish me on my way. No apology for the inconvenience. So when I told Vanessa E she should apologize for the inconvenience she had put me through, she rolled her eyes again!!!! Thats when I asked to speak to a manager.
I will not go back to that store. Main Street location is WAY BETTER with much nicer and...
