Definitely!! would NEVER come here again, lady with the beard was rude telling me “Im not gonna argue with you” all because I asked for a sample of one flavor. But tells my mom “if you don't like the flavor we will replace it for you”. So you would rather waste a whole cup of yogurt but a small sample is out of the question?? And proceeds to put way too much toppings on mine which made it unenjoyable. She was talking about cameras seeing me get a sample, but a bad review from bad service is seen by many. Rude staff and not being able to sample makes it a waste of money, if u get something you don't like. Terrible service and product. Stubborn staff.

1. The one girl working today refused to try SamsungPay on my phone as payment. They just assumed its the same as apple pay (which sucks and rarely works) didn't even want to bother to try even though I explained to them it will probably work and is different technology. Ended up getting yogurt elsewhere.

2. Not to mention i witnessed the cashiers (who handle money) stick their fingers inside the rim of cup to carry it over to the yogurt machine. Anyone with some decency would hold the cup by the bottom. Pretty gross, wont...

The frozen yogurt here is so good. Flavorful and creamy. I enjoy the many flavor choices they have posted. There is always something we all can enjoy. My favorite is the Peanut butter, Duce de Leche, Vanilla and others 😋. I get the animal cracker cookies for my topping. The generous topping is included in the price. This is a great spot for a spur of the moment dessert, or a planned meet up with friends. The service is wonderful. The gal who works evenings is always a joy to talk to. Very customer organized.
