I've been coming to Lucky Thai Cuisine for a few years now and have became a regular. So much so that they know me by my order when I call in haha!
My go-to is Prik King with Tofu, extra spicy! I've also had the top shell abalone which is amazing if you're into meats or seafood. Definitely a must try to most dishes that are meat based.
Other notables are the Prik King with Cat fish, pad thai (noodles are extra sticky!), mango sticky rice is always good when in season, try the mango curry!
I really haven't had something that I didn't like here. Plus they have a wide array of drinks available and some wines that pair nicely with the food.
If you're looking for a quick bite of food nearby the beach and 1 block away isn't close enough, order to go and enjoy on the sand. You'll see me frequently with my canteen of thai iced coffee between...

I had the pleasure of enjoying the lunch special at Lucky Thai, and it was absolutely fantastic!
The Spicy Basil Chicken was bursting with flavor—tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and the perfect level of heat from fresh Thai chilies. Every bite was a delightful balance of savory and spicy with fragrant basil shining through.
The Drunken Noodles with Shrimp were phenomenal! The wide rice noodles were perfectly cooked, soaking up the rich, garlicky sauce, and the shrimp were plump, fresh, and flavorful.
The meal started with a comforting bowl of Egg Drop Soup, silky and rich with just the right texture. The accompanying Thai Salad was light and refreshing, with crisp vegetables and a tasty, tangy dressing.
The portions were generous, the flavors authentic, and the service warm and friendly. Lucky Thai has truly earned its place as my go-to spot for Thai cuisine.
Highly recommend this spot—I’ll definitely...
Read moreWe came here based on the reviews. The vegetarian tom yum soup $13 looked great but was so sour and spicy hot that the 3 of us could not eat it. We told the waitress who apologized and said she would give us the mango sticky rice for free $12 value. When the bill arrived, it still had the soup on it but not the sticky rice. So I signed the credit card slip and went to the restroom which had no paper towels. The waitress came to pick up the bill while I was gone and told my kids we have to pay for the soup we couldn't eat and the restaurant was not giving us the mango sticky rice as promised. If I had known earlier I would not have given them a tip. I hope they can improve their customer service and food quality. This is our first time and last time we...
