Asked her what was wrong with the pipes. No answer. Asked her how she's running the espresso machines which use hot water. "I can still still give it to you!" she said cheerily. You'd give BLACK water to a customer? Hmm.
Nobody is doing repairs at 4:45pm. Just say you think water shouldn't be free. Nestlé would have a field day with you, I see future employment opportunity. :) Or just say, "I'm lazy." I would believe you.
I actually spent about $20 on just a few groceries with EBT. Maybe think about why someone would prefer not to order a $7 drink with that and why they need hot water.
