IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ONE STAR, I WOULD‼️STAY AWAY
I took my sister here to try on dresses, and the experience was horrible from start to finish. When we first walked in, I made sure to check the posted signs to see if there were any rules about taking pictures—there weren’t. The only signs I saw mentioned not touching items on display.
From the start, the staff was rude. The woman sitting at the front was on her phone the entire time and barely acknowledged us. She told us we could try on dresses from the rack but not the ones on display without an appointment. Fine. We picked out a few dresses, and when I told her we were ready to try them on, she suddenly said, “You can choose two to try on, and then you’ll have to book an appointment for the rest.” That was confusing because she had just said we could try on anything from the rack.
My sister tried on the first dress, and I took a short video as she moved to the mirror at the back—nowhere near the fitting rooms. That’s when the woman suddenly pointed out a small “No Photos, No Videos” sign high up near the ceiling by the cash register. I immediately apologized and put my phone away because, honestly, how was I supposed to know? That was the only sign, and it wasn’t even in a visible place near the fitting rooms!
After that, my sister was excited to try on the next dress, but the woman stopped us and said we had to book an appointment first. I asked if it was because I took a video, and she said yes because I “didn’t respect the rules.” But I had already apologized and stopped recording! How can you enforce a rule that customers have no way of knowing until it’s too late? If it’s that serious, post the sign where people can actually see it!
At that point, I told her we wouldn’t take any more pictures, but she still refused to let my sister try on the next dress. Instead, she just kept pushing for us to book an appointment. It felt like a scam—getting my sister excited just to shut her down and force us into an appointment over something that was clearly the store’s fault.
To top it all off, when my sister went to change out of the dress, the woman helped her but then just walked away without saying anything. The whole experience was bizarre and unprofessional.
Horrible customer service, unclear policies, and a staff that doesn’t seem to care about actually helping customers. Would...
Read moreExtremely unprofessional and combative. If your have a concern or want to fix something that is wrong, badly done, or a rushed and unfinished job, it is YOUR fault, and you should “find someone else who can do it, someone who can fix it, I did all I can.” She became defensive and rude and aggressive when we explained there is missing stones, uneven sewing job, falling stones, rushed fabric that was seen just to move it out of place to make it look like it was fixed when it wasn’t. When we had mentioned it she was unhappy and said the issue was my sisters body is uneven so the fabric will not lay nice. Even if that is the case, you can still cut and sew to take in measurements, she said that was all, so that shows that she isn’t skilled enough to understand these basic skills. Why would she offer to take the measurements to fix it if she wasn’t going to use the measurements to tailor it. Also did not communicate when the dress arrived and got defensive (big surprise) when we came to ask and said that she was moving locations to finish this, we understand but why are we being yelled at when she could simply let us know there would be a delay? You are always the issue even when it is her fault. There is no point in speaking to her. It is your fault when is her mistake, doesn’t bother to make it right, apologize, or fix the situation. It’s either, conform to what she has done, or go somewhere else. Her other response was “well the dress was on sale” as if that justifies a bad quality, rushed job with disgusting customer service, spending so much money for something like this is upsetting and takes the excitement out of a Quinceñera dress. I’m sure she bullies people to just deal with what she gives them, so people will just pay and go on. As well as there are not many Quinceñera shops around, it makes it so you do have to deal with it. We stood up for ourselves to try to ask for help and fix the situations, at the end we had to match her energy to get...
Read moreI don't typically write reviews for anything, but my experience with Estela was borderline a horror movie turned to reality in dress-version. it started with her pressuring us to purchase a dress we had never seen, only through a magazine. Estela was giving ideas and pushing dress ideas despite my spoken distaste. she up-charged us from $280 to $375 (luckily we were able to get the real price). not only this, but she lied various times! first time was saying she would tailor everything to the my measurements- whole time she gets measurements and just orders the size to the closest sizing of the measurements taken. second time she lied she said she would let us know all of the delivery notifications (when it was shipped, being delivered, etc.). she NEVER called us. we finally got in contact by surprising her at the store. I had asked her right from the start to cut out the sleeves and she never did. I asked her to fix the bra padding, she never did. the day before my occasion she calls (the only time she ever called us FIRST) saying she sold the dress I WAS using!!!! she is insanely unprofessional and does not understand how to work a business. if you can't manage working with multiple clients or are too lazy to do the work stated in order to persuade your clients to purchase, just say...
