Hodge Podge Trees — Local services in Vero Beach

I’m disappointed… more heartbroken. We have been getting our tree from here for years. The last couple years we have had sub par service. This year we went back because their trees never disappoint. However, the service was so bad I refuse to spend the 300.00++ on a tree due to the bad service. I told the gentleman I was looking for a 10-12’ tree. He says well here’s one. Yea a 400.00+ tree that was not to my liking. He said well we can’t open any we don’t have anywhere to put them. Well the majority of trees on the stands had sold signs on them which could’ve been set aside to put new ones up is what I was thinking. I’m sorry if I’m willing to spend that kind of money on a tree the service sure didn’t fit the price of the tree. Not a pleasant experience at all and will never be back. We found a much simpler tree with much better service and I would much rather settle for that over the horrible service I had. Guess I’m a little more picky on my money spent than some of the people that call and reserve these trees sight unseen and have delivered. Every year we make a point as a tradition to come here for a Christmas Tree. Its always been a beautiful and memorable experience. Always have a wide variety of selection of 🎄 Christmas Trees. Always Great service, they'll cut the the tree stump and load ot for ya. The prices ar very fair, and they alway have new selections coming in. Please if you decide to get a tree, and want quality, come here to Hodge Podge Trees!

Well- we always would take our daughter and she would always pick out the tree. (No matter what it looked like lol) This year (2020) she isn't with us. Hannah gained her wings on 01/11/2020. This year we could only take a pic with us of her, to pic out the tree. They were kind enough to take a pic with us holding our picture of Hannah Lee by the tree.

Disappointed immediately in this place.. as my wife and I are walking up there’s and older bald gentleman working here that’s yelling at someone’s kids who are playing. Christmas tree shopping is a tradition for families, the kids were just having fun. We ignore that one incident and walk around to look at the trees they have open. Most seem healthy and fresh but massive gaps we wouldn’t have been happy with. One of the employees offers to help us look at some and we politely ask if we are able to open a few on our own as we’re picky and don’t want to keep them occupied from other shoppers. He’s says yeah that’s no problem! We open one tree and some guys comes marching up to us telling us off about how we’re not allowed to touch the trees. Rude service, just like other reviews said.. don’t come here if it’s your family tradition to browse trees, these employees will ruin...
