Very convienient only 1 FLAW. Accessible from 20th Street or the access road in the back from Walmart, Sam's Club and 58th Street. Great location for Murphy's gas station (they use Walmart points I guess) esp. if you cant get gas at Sam's club. There's currently a Dunkin' Donuts, a juice shop, nail salon & Tire Kingdom (in case you blow a tire?) PLEASE! BE VERY VERY CAREFUL on your 1st visit to Murphy's gas station/convienience store. There is a BAD DROP OFF, of about 10" between the gas pumps and the overflow parking in front of it! Although they were kind enough to paint a bright yellow stripe across it, at is NOT VISABLE when you're coming up the hill from 20th, or from any other direction esp if you're looking for an open pump. I rammed right into it while towing my 5th wheel, and its was like hitting a wall! I was very lucky I didn't blow a tire. Then last week I watched a guy with a $20,000 fishing boat almost drive off the edge after pumping gas! Thankfully between my screaming and the thud of his driver's side tire going over the edge, he was able to stop in time & back up! There should be an island with shrubs there.
