Tony and Manny And mattress and boxspring today and they were awesome! It was Obvious to me that they took their job seriously, and had a lot of pride in their work. They were very professional, polite, amicable, affable, courteous, and respectful. They were especially cautious not to damage my flooring or anything else in my house, unlike the delivery men from Topline who delivered the initial refrigerator (which, once was installled and connected to the waterline, the water Dispenser to my dismay, did not work on this brand new refrigerator (probably because of their sloppy manhandling of my purchase & extremely poor attitudes), and they were also extremely cautious in making sure that the refrigerator and bed itself did not get damaged in the delivery and installation process. It was truly a pleasure meeting them and being in their company throughout the delivery And installation process. Previous topline delivery men who were scheduled to deliver my refrigerator or completely disappointing and miserable to be around Because from the time they entered my House, the league employee was barking at me and his other employees told me I needed to move all this shit so that they had enough room to bring in the refrigerator basically bitched at me because a Salesman at the store had arranged Their schedule so that they had to return that evening To deliver the refrigerator when, According to the Lead delivery employee, they had already been there earlier in the morning And I didn’t bother to show up after they waited an hour beyond the time they called me to notify me they were at my door ready to deliver. Mind you, I never received a call the night before to give me a general Or specific time that I should be at the house so that I would not miss them When they showed up for the delivery). I rushed as fast as I could to meet them Earlier that morning, desperately trying to reach the residence before they left. Instead, I arrived to a sign on the door stating that they had been there to deliver but had missed me. All I heard Over and over again when they came back in the evening Was the lead employee, whining and complaining about how theyd already been there At this residence, an hour earlier in the morning and i Didn’t bother to show. It was Ridiculous! He ordered his employees To move as fast as possible, Convinced them to drag that refrigerator,, without using the wheels that protect the flooring, As quickly and obviously as sloppily haphazardly.as they could across that Brand new vinyl flooring. This was so that they could get the job done as fast as possible and then Leave. I am still fighting With the company to do the right thing and replace my flooring Due to the lack of using the proper protective Equipment to try to ensure Any flooring does not get damaged. I was so relieved to see Tony and Manny delivering my purchases today and they were a blessing Because I was dreading the delivery thinking that it would be the same The replacement refrigerator and the bed. Tony and Manny came and delivered my new fridge today. They both were very polite and professional. Had some minor complications with getting the old one out of the kitchen (had to remove the doors) and also had to take my front door off the hinges to get both of the fridges through. But they were prepared and quick to make the adjustments as needed while keeping a positive and friendly attitude! Tony also was helpful at explaining how to care for my new fridge.
