We had a horrible experience with the owners... a husband and wife. On January 6 I got engaged. It was a family diamond, so we went in to see Taso and his wife. They mounted my diamond into one of their settings. They originally told us it was platinum, turned out it was just white gold. But more importantly, shortly after returning home to Canada, I noticed my diamond felt loose and was actually spinning within the prong. Long story short I went to not only one but two jewellers and they told me there was a porosity in the prong, which simply means a hole/weakness in the gold therefore compromising the structure of the ring, and my 2 carat diamond! I was advised to replace the setting immediately. I watched the jeweller Set my diamond into the new setting, and he literally picked the gold prong away from my diamond with his fingers. I was appalled! When I called the store to let them know what happened, Taso’s wife (I can’t remember her name) immediately started yelling over the phone and calling me a liar! I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing any jewellery from this establishment at all! Not only do they not stand behind their work, their customer service Skills are...

What started out as an amazing experience turned out to be my worst experience with any jeweler. We went in to have a family diamond set in one of their settings. The platinum setting we picked out was actually white gold & the craftsmanship setting the stone was lacking of any skill... Shortly after returning back home to Canada with our new setting my fiancé noticed the diamond could completely spin (about 180 degrees). We took it into a trusted jeweler and they told us their was in fact porosity in the prong itself thereby compromising the strength of the prong. We were completely shocked. So we actually took it to another jeweler for a second opinion at which time they confirmed the issue and said that our 2 carat diamond could fall out at any time. So I ended up buying another setting immediately. We then called the owner and her response was “it’s your word against mine”. The owner was very rude and raised her voice and told me I was lying. I absolutely would not recommend buying any jewelry from this establishment! It amazes me that a family owned and operated business would have the worst...

A true treasure trove in Vero beach! Unlike many other “jewelry shops”, Tazo is a talented, true goldsmith. He HANDMAKES his jewelry which is something no other store on the beach (or Vero to my knowledge) can claim… he made me a diamond and gold bracelet two years ago and I’ve not taken it off since. From ocean, lakes, salt and sun— it still glimmers like new. Debbi is a blessing for the store. So incredibly kind. This store is the real deal. I’d shop here anytime over the other stores nearby that like to markup on simple lab or machine made...
