This Company is terrible to work for, The “supervisors” constantly look for new stupid reasons to write you up and to get rid of you everyday. On top of that they are extremely rude and don’t care about their employees. They will use profanity and say disrespectful things to employees. Never have I heard them congratulate or have any enthusiasm or encouragement for any of their employees. Never heard them say “good job” or “keep up the good work” you are literally just a body there, they don’t care about your work ethic as long as you are in the position they need you at, that’s all they care about. Also HR is a joke they just side with the supervisors. On top of that they don’t accept doctors excuses. And if you are tardy you lose a hour of work and get a write up. All the rules and regulations are seriously backwards and don’t make any sense. The employees that do no work and are lazy don’t get punished but other people do. They say no one can get on phones but brush their shoulder off and look the other way if you been their for over 90 days. They just don’t want younger or new people there. The probation period thing is stupid I see 30-60 days to see if your a good worker or not but 90??? That’s outrageous, seriously it honestly doesn’t make sense you can’t get sick at all or take off for anything important, they aren’t fair or understanding at all don’t waste your time working here. And oh did I forget to mention that place is very dirty and they have mouse traps all over the factory all the equipment is from the 70’s maybe even before and all the machines constantly break down everyday, you’ll be lucky to go all day with out your machine breaking down. Theirs mold everywhere, dirt, spills and leaks. It’s so unsafe as well the supervisors don’t train you nor show you what to do, they don’t check on you or the lines either, they just sit in their offices all day like the lazy people they...

This has nothing to do with the physical location. I buy Little Hugs for my granddaughters. I see other reviews about not enough straws. I also saw an answer saying this will be addressed. Well it hasn’t been and those reviews are more than a few months old. If this company doesn’t care about the customers, then we need to stop buying their products. A box of 48 Little Hugs should have 48 straws not 10! I’m done. Back to Kool...

Apt was at 7pm I came in at 2pm just to see if they would load me early … nice people .. the old guy at the check was very direct and with-end 30 second of waiting.. he said door 10 .. I walked to the water and back to my truck …I heard my trailer getting loaded… this is a truckers dream warehouse shipper 🔥🔥🔥🔥💪🏾
