Head Quarters Barber & Beauty — Local services in Vicksburg

I got my hair cut at headquarters barber and beauty salon today. Paid 30 dollars for fast quick and good quality customer service. I loved the atmosphere!!! It was casual and relaxed. There is a vending machine for snacks if you get hungry while you wait, there was nice music videos playing on one of the two big screen televisions and there is plenty of comfortable movie theater style chairs to sit in while you wait or you can play on one of the pool tables while you wait. The barber did not draw any blood or pierce my skin or shear my ear off while shaving my head. I have mixed feelings about that cause I guess I am used to getting cut every once in a while and feeling the stinging burn of alcohol. And I kind of like it. At headquarters, I didn't feel any stinging burn of alcohol 😕 but all this all means is that this is a safe place for children to get their hair cut too and not just big hardcore men like me. I say that because I saw a girl or boy with long hair cringe as the barber approached with the electric shears but once he used them on her gently she relaxed. I loved the design scheme of blue silver and gold all over the place! I love that they are open 7 days a week. I love that there is no smell of cigarette smoke in there. It just looks and feels like an overall safe and comfortable place to be to get your hair done. This place provides a genuine and much needed service and public good to the neighborhood and community.
