Somewhat enjoyed the experience, certainly did enjoy the different chefs and their gumbo dishes for judging (though perhaps my wife and I enjoyed the jalapeno hush puppies someone made the best.) It was uncomfortably noisy perhaps due to rain driving everyone inside the crowded building and bands that were good...
