Divine Donuts — Restaurant in Vicksburg

Really good donut shop in the area. Was in town for a week, and this was my coffee stop in the morning except for the last day.

There really isn't a big difference between the two different shops. Different coffee (not special roasts, just regular bag coffee). And slightly different take on the donuts.

So the coffee here does not move my needle. I am not a Maxwell House fan, and it is what they brew. And the cup lids are cheap. The coffee did get the job done, just did not like MH.

BUT

The kolaches are really good. I'd come back just for those. I prefer the dough type on these compared to the other place.

The donuts? I think you go to a donut shop like this, if you do not get a great donut... How are they still open? The apple fritters are fantastic.

These donuts are not hitting on nothing it's like they are two days old they don't have no icing on them so they are not hitting on anything I wish Shipley's can come back and this goes for every location in Vicksburg I have tried all of them they are not good I don't know if they scared to put icing on them or what but these donuts are just dull...

Hands down these are the best donuts in the country. Very few donut makers can achieve the high quality of a glazed donut and also in their chocolate filled donuts.
