Worst service possible. The staff is absolutely horrible, rude and downright disrespectful. The head manager clearly sits down and takes crap from his subordinates and allows disrespect, screams, and insults to the face. My family and I always go there since it opened and is the closest one to home, sadly have the “great idea” of going today for dinner for the night and was greeted with a 25 minute line while staff inside ignore us and another car in the next lane, chatting inside and making jokes not knowing we could all here them inside. Finally we get our order take and informed them of the situation (I.e from the 25 minute line to the disrespectful and rude jokes being told inside) to be met with more disrespectful and rude comments. One of the staff members named “Dillon” had the audacity to argue and scream rude, insulting words to my father who was respectful informing them that the order they quote on quote took was incorrect. Not willing to listen we asked to speak to the manager who only said he would “speak with staff members.” While his staff continued to scream over him insults and started to even threaten to hit us making fists and beating on the counter. Only reason we didn’t leave is because we already paid and wanted to just get home and eat. Read moreI was in town because my mother passed away. I know the manager here didn't know that, but I am only stating it because the loss was so sudden that it left us unprepared. Again, it's not the managers fault. I state this because we have been trying to save money any way we can while we were raising it for my mother's services. Because we were staying in a hotel, we used codes for fast food or restaurants wherever we could. Every Burger King has always honored these codes until this restaurant. Even if the system is down, others have still gone above and beyond, and this includes other restaurants as well. I thought they would honor it here when the drive-thru attendant stated that their system hasn't been updated to receive the codes. The attendant, when I pulled up, was going to honor it cause I showed it to him, but he had to ask the manager. The manager came to the window all totalitarian like, and on a power trip, and stated simply, "Our systems are not updated so we can't help you!" I asked him very politely, even though he was rude, if he could honor it, and his answer was, "No, I can not." I know there are rules and regulations, that people must follow, but at least do it with empathy. Cause you never know what someone is...
Read moreIt has been increasingly getting worse. I debated leaving a review a couple of weeks ago. However, now it’s to the point where I almost have too. Everyone sits in line and then ends up leaving. It’s getting to the point of sitting in line for over 30 mins every time we come here. Today I watched 4 cars pull out and leave and I said I needed to wait and see if we move at all. Nothing changed and I backed out and left. So did another vehicle after I left.
I come from the north, we have drive times. We have managers that keep us moving and going. If we don’t maintain the drive times, we don’t get to work the drive thru. My boyfriend is debating on finding out who the franchise owner is and telling to them to have a surprise drop by visit. Because honestly, this is really sad that this has gotten to be this bad. I have never seen a BK run this bad. I also have never worked at a BK run or managed this bad.
A new crew or a new manager needs to come in. This is not the reputation BK...
