Used to have good food. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm going to assume it's the wait staff. This last time we visited our experience was very poor. From management working that day to the front staff. The first thing we heard when we got in was that the card machine was not working, either pay cash or go through drive-through and order, we were already inside so we asked "why not take my order and run it through the drive through register (there were no vehicles on line) staff rolled their eyes and made faces, but they did it, not so happy to oblige, another group came in and they were told the same...group stated "we have no cash, we are not going through drive-through, we want to dine in here"... staff said "there is nothing we can do" I was very disappointed with their service, I hope something is done about this. I know the group left and made it clear they were never going back. We got our order, got home and sad to say we ended up throwing EVERYTHING away

Read moreI have an idea, I don't know why anyone in management thought of it the moment they were given the new rules. Put a sign on the door that states "DRIVE THRU AND ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!" Don't instruct your employees to ignore customers in the lobby that are unaware of your mandate. We stood there for about 7 minutes when an employee from the back told us what one of the employees in front of us could have said 7 minutes ago. "DRIVE THRU AND ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!" It's such a small task to accomplish but even after waiting for our food outside we watched at least 7 different groups go inside and then walk out and LEAVE. They didn't get in line and order, they just said F it and left. So much lost income all because you didn't put a simple sign on your door. If you need a printed sign on a 8.5x11 piece of paper to let people know you won't take orders inside, let me know. I will deliver it free of charge. Read moreThis location has gone down hill! And idk why i keep giving them a chance - Order is always wrong or something is always forgotten. Placed a mobile online order. Went to pick up food about 30 minutes after placing the order. Walked into location, gentleman quickly handed me my bag and cups. I decided to not look into my bag to make sure everything was there - had confidence. Big mistake! Get home half of my order is missing. Call the store to inform them I'm on the way to grab the rest of my things. 1st call rings and goes to voicemail. Called back to back line was "busy". Finally got through the 6th call. Young man picks up, very kind, said he was going to put me on hold so someone could speak to me. I said okay thank you. Sat on hold for 8 minutes before I was hung up on.
