I bought a hub assembly with ABS at the Frankenmuth location. I took it home where I have my vehicle all tore apart just to open the box and discover it is the inccorect hub assmebly. It was an item that was previously returned by another customer, their receipt was in the bottom of the box, and they returned the hub assembly WITHOUT ABS in the box of the hub assembly with ABS. It was partially my fault as I should have checked the box before leaving the store. I called Frankenmuth they were apologetic and told me Clio had one in stock. They said they'd call over and have it held for me, I asked Frankenmuth if there were going to be ANY ISSUES returning this item, they assured me there would not be. Enter Nolan from Clio. My brother had to drive me and we also realized we needed another tool to make the task easier. He had the incorrect part with receipt and I went to look for the tool down the aisle. When I hear Nolan tell my brother it was going to be an additional cost for hub. My brother told him I shouldn't have to pay extra for an even exchange and the guy began getting loud with my brother. So I approached and I began to TRY to explain what was going on. This man would not let me speak he began raising his voice to me, so I spoke in a commanding voice that no sir you are not going to talk down to me and I'm trying to explain to you if you would take a second and LISTEN. Well apparently having a woman speak up to him was more than his delicate sensibilities could handle because he then began telling me I'm not going to help you if you yell at me you know what no one is going to yell at me. He proceeded to call his coworker up to the front. When his coworker got up there she asked me what was going on and as I was trying to explain the situation to her he proceeded to interject and tried talking over me. Thankfully with the help of his coworker, she discovered that "someone" requested the wrong part to be put on hold, the difference between a 2 and a 3 in the part number. Had Noland lost his attitude and listened to the situation he might have figured it out too, you know had a little customer care a courtesy but manners are hard to come...
Read moreAbsoutley horrendous service. I got my battery in Sept 2021. Ever since my vehicle has to be driven every 12 hours or my battery in dead. Even sitting in the house over night and the battery is dead after being charged. I went months dealing with my vehicle dying over and over. I spent tons of money at several mechanics for them to say it's the battery. Nothing else is wrong! Alternator is fine! Autozone said battery is junk. Advance Auto said the battery is junk. Main Manager at this oreilly store did nothing but have a horrible attitude. Talk awful about other stores. Both competitors and other oreilly stores and make all sorts of excuses and be rude. I had the battery charged nearly a dozen times. And still they claimed nothing was wrong.
Finally I decided to try another Oreillys and they warranted out my battery and guess what?!? No more issues!!!
The main manager needs an attitude adjustment. His customer service is awful. The pure fact that he talks trash about other oreillys is classless and then other autoparts stores makes it even worse. Read moreWent into clio location looking for a part. They didn’t have the part in stock they had to order it. I paid for part and shipping. They called when part came in and I went in to get it. When I got in there the part was in very poor quality the guy at the counter agreed but didn’t know how to order a new one and called over the manager. Told the manager what was going on and she started looking up a new part. She turned the screen around to show me what she was doing and she was scrolling through Amazon so I could order it myself. I said ok just refund me my money and I’ll order it myself. She only refunded me the cost of the part not the shipping I asked her why and she said” it was company policy didn’t they tell you that” they didn’t! so I didn’t get the part or half my money back…go somewhere else, somewhere...
