Terrible, terrible experience. These two guys sitting inside are completely disrespectful to anyone, there is no customer service at all. You will feel like you are getting their products for free and will look at you from top and you are at the bottom. I am not sure but looks like they feel themselves the only ones in this area. Thanks to other suppliers like Automatic, I was able to get everything quickly and with huge advise and consultation. None of them exists in this Sundberg location. I was in there 4 years ago they helped me out twice in that year kept my Appliance running went in there now and the service is terrible their attitude is terrible and they're ability to help you is awful used to love this place now I know why there's nothing but empty parking spots in front if you are a professional repairman and come in with the part that you need they might help you but for the common man...

Wow, what divergent reviews. My experience was fine: belt broke on an 8 y/o dryer. Local Ace Hardware referred me to Sundberg. Sundberg set me up with a nice, original GE parts repair kit (a belt, and a couple of miscellaneous parts). Kit was cheaper than just buying the belt alone.
