What an incredible experience! I was dealing with Michael B, and in every respect he did what he said he would and far exceeded every expectation. This was a $15,000 internet purchase of a used CD player and Streamer . Both arrived immaculate and better than expected. They also arrived much quicker than I expected. NYC to California via a pallet freight in 5 days! I have had other experiences where from a similar distance it took 2 weeks. I was obviously a bit nervous wiring over $15,500 to a business that was on another coast and which I had never done business with before.
