I have never experienced anything like this at this store before. I live nearby and frequently come here to print images I need. However, today was the first time I encountered a staff member named Kate, and her rudeness and unprofessional behavior left me feeling extremely upset. I truly believe that employees like her can ruin this brand’s reputation.

This morning, I came to the store, and she was the one who assisted me. I politely told her that I needed to print something, but she printed it at the wrong size. When I pointed out the mistake and requested the correct dimensions, she rudely responded, telling me to “come back tomorrow.” I asked why it couldn’t be done immediately, as I had always received same-day prints before. She then impatiently went ahead with the printing, but when she handed me the print, I was shocked to see that her fingers had already creased and damaged it.

I was very upset and asked her why she had ruined my print, but she only became more irritated. On her third attempt, she once again printed the wrong size. When I pointed it out, she insulted me by saying I didn’t know how to do basic math. Her behavior was completely unacceptable.

What made the situation even worse was that her coworkers stood beside her the entire time and said nothing. This left me with the impression that this store has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in the U.S. It is truly unbelievable that such an incident could happen in this area.

I was a little skeptical when it came to trying out their printing services but I figured I’d give it a shot.

FedEx was running a 50% off all canvas prints special. I figured I had nothing to lose.

I tried placing an online order but instead I ended up placing a phone order. I’m so glad I did! The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. Cortlan answered all my questions and concerns. They made sure to send me photos of my project to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my canvas print and size.

I had such a great experience trying FedEx printing for the first time and I’m so happy with my results. The convenient thing is I was able to get my canvas shipped right away. This is my "go to" store location for all my shipping needs. I rarely wait in a line (and when I do, it's usually very quick), the customer service is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. My packages always get to their destination without any hitches and to my surprise, the rates are usually very affordable (and sometimes beats the post office).
