Had A MacBook Pro mid 2012 at this shop to restore back to Yosemite os from Sierra os was told be a day and would receive a call to pick up this was on a Thursday morning. The weekend comes and goes I never received a phone call I call to check on status I’m told that he don’t work on Mac machines and he subs them to another tech that only works 3 days a week and that he was too busy to call me to let me know that before the weekend come and that He would get it going and call in morning. Well once again no call so I call and he says it will be ready the next day and he will call. I finally get a call from him on Wednesday (6 days later) that it was ready to be picked up I come to pick it up and had to ask for power supply back and half the case that was protecting the machine. I get it open and booted up only to find out that the requested services were not completed. I asked for Yosemite and received Mojave and when the owner contacted me he even repeated what service I wanted done. When I talked to him about the issue he just quickly refunded my money. I do not recommend any services from this place very poor communication and does not complete task asked for. Discount Computer Services (DCS) provided OUTSTANDING customer service and expertise to the Town of Boones Mill. The Town recently purchased three new computers to replace outdated machines which were constantly having issues. Dustin completed an analysis of the existing systems and provided a detailed cost estimate to replace the old machines. The estimate was very reasonable and included a three-year warranty on the equipment. Dustin seamlessly transitioned our administrative staff to their new machines. He did excellent work in a VERY timely manner!

Dustin and his team are my only go to computer shop for all things. if you are having a computer issue, need to purchase a computer, printer, WIFI issues and so on this is the place to call or go visit. I was having issues with my internet provider and Dustin came out to my office and was able to get me up and running smoothly so I could use the internet and printer. My internet provider from the time i signed up it took 4 months and they sent out a tech 3 times and on last visit I was told my signal was to strong and it was causing the issue. They would request an engineer to come out to see if it could be fixed and explained I would not be notified that they were or had been here. I Guess what...when I called the provider the company had no idea what I was talking about even though it was their employee who they sent out here.
