This is why I Shop at big brand stores I came into this store and bought an Expensive item. when I purchased the item they did not tell me that all items was non refundable. So when I returned the item just a couple days later they notified me that I would not be able to get my money back although the item was still sealed with the security packaging on it Motioning to a small paper sign sitting on a register which they turned my way at that moment though it was facing away from the register with Merchandise rack in front of it. I feel like this is deliberate so that people do not know they cannot return anything. Now I'll have to buy things With store credit I don't need to obtain my money back. I wanna give a big shoutout and applause to this store. It was my first time coming in today and i couldn't say this enough; you guys are the best damn supplement and vitamin store ever!!! The customer service i had was outstanding and very helpful.This is not like any other store. They won't get you to buy their products, they actually give good suggestions on what you should take. I've been going to Gnc for years and i am disappointed in myself. I have now made SuppZilla my new supplement store. I had shopped around awhile before finding out about Supzilla. I went in for some basics and walked out with a handful of free advice. Advice you have to pay for these days. Across the board supplements are getting expensive and Greg always try to mitigate those expenses and give back to his customers. The products they shelf are some of the best and Judah will break down the complexity of anything it's made with. You never feel obligated to buy anything and you will always catch some advice if you ask. Absolutely love the team and products they offer! 10/10 recommend...
