I have utilized both services Nutrition and personal training through them, and here’s what I have to say. My life is better for making them apart of my journey. The trainers I have used have been amazing, not only focusing on the physical aspect of transformation but also the mental. Shout out to Kam, Jeremy, Carter, Eric, and Jim himself. I have grown with these people, Eric (one of my trainers) officiated my wedding. Kam (another trainer) helped me meet spiritual goals and would even meet me at church. Jim the man, the myth, the legend still checks on me, and has been a huge support in my recovery. Of course I had to save the best for last my dietician Sara Cully I owe my life, I do not say that lightly. Since 12 years old I have gone through an eating disorder, each relapse getting worse. When Sara became my dietician I started taking recovery seriously. I checked myself into inpatient treatment and when I was released I continued my work at home. Sara doesn’t talk to me like a diagnosis she has a conversation with me and treats me like a friend and a human being. 3.5 years later and I have stayed healthy no drop in weight, I’ve gotten my cycle back after 17 years without it, I am no longer seeing a ton of doctors, no longer struggling with kidney issues, and my anxiety has massively gone down where I no longer need medication. Read moreAfter being away from working out for over a year, I decided it was time to really start again so I called Jim White Fitness & Nutrition to learn about their studio and trainers. I left a voicemail and promptly received a return call from a very friendly and helpful staff member. I explained what I was hoping to achieve, and that I also needed to be cautious along the way because of a previous back injury. I felt like I was heard on that call because my first day there with my trainer Taylor, she not only built a great work out for someone like me basically starting fresh, she was also very considerate when it came to my back. Taylor plans workouts that are challenging and different every time. She’s so smart, motivating and considerate. I appreciate that she explains each exercise and how it’s impacting specific muscle groups, and that she demonstrates proper form for anything I’m doing which is so helpful for preventing injuries. I feel great and am starting to see a difference after 10 sessions. The studio has modern equipment and is very clean and well sanitized after each interaction with any piece of equipment.
