My mom and I had the most wonderful experience at EitherOre Jewelers in Hilltop. We inherited some men’s jewelry from my grandfather and wanted to find a way to turn those sentimental pieces into something we could actually wear. After visiting a handful of other jewelers and pawn shops, we quickly realized how different EitherOre was—this place truly stood out in every way.

Fern, the owner, was incredible to work with. She travels to New York to source and price gold directly, which meant we got a much better offer for our gold than anywhere else. One other place even told us one of our rings wasn’t gold (it was), so we were really thankful to have found someone honest and knowledgeable. Fern and her team made us feel completely at ease—kind, patient, and clearly trustworthy from the moment we walked in.

They helped us redesign the men’s rings using the stones and turned them into a beautiful necklace and earrings. We’re so happy with how everything turned out—my mom and I wear our pieces every day now. On top of that, my mom used the credit from the remaining gold to purchase another stunning necklace from their collection. Their in-store selection is gorgeous, and the custom designs Fern created for us are truly one-of-a-kind.

Compared to the other places we visited, the difference in service and integrity was night and day. The entire experience felt fun, creative, and stress-free. From now on, EitherOre Jewelers is the only place I’ll go for jewelry in the area....

Fern is a custom jewelry design genius! The night before my 24th wedding anniversary, the center diamond of my engagement ring fell out, which I took as a sign that it was time to redesign my bridal set. I had some ideas and met with another local jeweler several times, but the experience didn't feel quite right so I never took the plunge. Three years later, I stumbled upon Fern at EitherOre Hilltop and the difference was night and day. From our first meeting, she truly listened and I could see the wheels spinning in her head. I wanted a unique setting that also stayed true to the original. I was worried that what I wanted couldn't be done, that it couldn't be done within my budget, and I was worried that if it could, I couldn't pull off such a beautiful ring on my hand. I was also worried about making such a big change to my original ring that I loved so much, because I still wanted to preserve its sentimentality and spirit. She heard every last one of my concerns and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! Throughout the planning process, she texted me mock-ups, a layout of the actual diamonds, photos, and even a video of my finished ring. I had initially told her I was in no rush, but her excitement and enthusiasm made me want this ring 3 years ago. She made me feel like I was her only customer and that my design was the most important thing on her mind. The process was amazing and the end result is spectacular! Now I definitely...

My Experience with the owner ( Fern ) of EitherOre Jewelers Hilltop. First, for all of those who are reading this, let me take you back in time,where your maybe watching an old movie..an old Christmas show where people treated people with such kindness, A type of show or movie that would most likely make you cry...but the tears would be of Joy. My stop was so uplifting, because when I stopped at other jewelers and told them what I was looking for, and what I could afford, they must have not ever watched the old Christmas show or movie, they very quickly hurt my feelings with the about face turn around and how they treated me.....But not ( Fern ) the owner of EitherOre Jewelers..I walked in and she asked me, may I help you and I proceeded to tell her my story and my budget. Now I was the customer in the old movie and Christmas shows, She went above and beyond to help me.On top of that I needed the rings within 3 days, and they arrived in 2 days. Fern, You would have made Jimmy Stewart in It's a wonderful Life very Happy. My heart Thanks you for your incredible help and care that you have gifted me with.
