Did not receive my order until almost two hours after I placed my order online. Called the first time to check on my order, said my order was the next to go out and should be at my house in about fifteen minutes. Finally received my order, but my pizza was lukewarm and pizza tasted like it had been sitting out under a heat lamp for a few hours. Called them back, and the “manager on duty” was extremely rude right off the bat. I informed her of what my order tasted like, and she said that was not true that she was the one who “made” my pizza, and they have 5 drivers, and that my pizza was delivered “on time” and that they do not have a “set time frame” on when orders are to be delivered, while she had an extremely awful attitude. I told her that what it says on Pizza Hut’s website when you order online that it is a 30-40 minute time frame, and that I know it is a Holiday night, Halloween, but I would have liked a courtesy call stating that my order is going to be a little late. She immediately coughed up a bigger attitude saying we don’t do that. And said she could give me a “5 dollar credit to my next order”. Told her that was a little slap in the face for a 20 dollar pizza. Then asked if I could speak with someone else. The other “manager” was a tad nicer, but still had an attitude with me, and said she was the one that cut my pizza and we do not use old dough. She also stated she could give me a 5 dollar credit, remake my pizza, or refund me. I chose for a refund. While I said this I heard the other “manager” in the background with of course an attitude saying it was going to be “awhile”, and then the manager I was on the phone with also said the same thing in the same attitude. Read moreI ordered two large pizzas recently for dinner for my family and there were multiple brown hairs all over our pizza, no one in my family has brown hair! We immediately called spoke to a guy who offered us a credit, we said NO, we want a full refund. He then said he doesn’t know how to give a refund, for us to call back the next day and speak to his general manager Karen and she would complete the refund process, that was a lie, because the GM Karen is the rudest worst GM in the history of GM’s! First of all she blamed me and my family for the brown hairs in the pizza, then she told us Pizza Hut doesn’t do refunds and we should be happy with the credit that was offered. The thing is, it wasn’t offered, it was applied to my account, even though I said I wanted a full refund! This Karen was so rude to my wife, she shouldn’t even be working there, let alone a GM, she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Needless to say, I do not want any credit, I NEED MY FULL REFUND, for the hairs in my food, that my kids didn’t get to eat at all, and for the blatant disrespect, and unprofessional from Karen! She needs to be removed from this position, otherwise, the First Colonial location will be shutdown, sooner, rather than later! Called and spoke to manager Karen, explained I’m missing the pizza and she stated multiple times “we wouldn’t have done that”. She spoke to me as though I was lying. After much back and forth, she agreed to send the missing pizza out. It took an hour to arrive. I submitted an online complaint about this and no one ever contacted me. About 2 weeks later I ordered again. I ordered 2 orders of fries and this is what I received. I submitted another online complaint. The next day I received an email from Karen stating she could not find my order. I replied to her email with more information including a screenshot of the order. She then called me. Immediately when I answered, before I could even say anything, she became verbally aggressive stating “We’re not going to go back and forth, you’re not going to keep submitting complaints online. You were handled, you got your pizza.” I asked to speak to her upper management at this point because she had a very aggressive attitude, to which she laughed and said “sorry you’re not satisfied with my customer service skills”. I said with all due respect, I feel like this interaction is very inappropriate and I feel that her manager needs to hear about it so that proper training can take place.
