Trouble experience! On Christmas Day I placed the order online to have two TV’s mounted on the wall. The online system allowed me to schedule an appointment for December 26th. On the morning of the 26th I received a call from a Kaboom Tech representative who said a glitch in the system scheduled the appointment on a day they were closed. The appointment was rescheduled to December 29th.
The morning of December 29th the same representative called and said he had a family emergency and asked if I would be willing to reschedule again. I agreed and a new appointment was set for January 4th.
The morning of January 4th Kaboom Tech called and said they would have to cancel again do to an unforeseen problem. I was asked to reschedule for a third time. I declined. This company is very unreliable. I would look elsewhere...
